Starting Wage Rate: $36,000.00 - $39,000.00 per year based on experience. Signing bonus after 3 month review can increase salary by 10%
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, self-motivated office administrator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be the primary manager of our Smokin Rebates® product line. However, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative tasks such as answering calls, organizing and responding to e-mail, processing orders and scheduling installations. As you will provide office support and coordinate office activities, dependability, professional attitude, a positive outlook and attention to detail are a must.
Administrator Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand and coordinate the many facets of Smokin Rebates® to insure the highest customer experience.
- Monitor and maintain installation schedules, responses to incoming product e-mails, data questions and requests.
- Create, update, and maintain customer records, systems to ensure customer satisfaction, and other records/data keeping.
- Support sales organization in sending out and receiving back orders
- Support department managers, staff
- Monitor incoming and outgoing mail; receive and sign for mail/packages from couriers and deliver to proper recipient
- Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
- Assist other departments with administrative or clerical support
Administrator Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred
- Prior experience handling administrative responsibilities or related field
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.
- Knowledge of ZOHO a plus
- Strong analytical and technology knowledge and experience
- IAAP Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or professional certification in office management a plus
- Highly organized multitask individual who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
