The Primary Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Development Executive:
- Follow up with customers who are interested in our client services and qualify them for an account
- Play a vital role in growth and acceleration of leads generated on behalf of the client
- Work closely with the Sales team and identify strengths and weaknesses in the market
- Manage large amounts of customer inquiries and offer suggestions through selling or marketing our products to find them the best deal based on their wants and needs
- Track and process orders for customers as requested
- Record any feedback from the customer such as transactions, comments, or complaints if applicable
- Create and manage marketing and sales campaigns for the targeted market
- Meet revenue goals on a weekly/monthly basis to ensure company success
- Assist the leads that are assigned to you
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner by offering support and appropriate solutions
- Place and cancel orders as needed
- Register the customers account information and stay compliant with company guidelines on handling their personal details
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
- A friendly and personable attitude while working in the office and with customers
- Willingness and ability to adapt to new projects when needed
