Job Summary:

Successories, a Leading E-Commerce Retailer in Employee Recognition and Awards, is looking for an experienced Team Member in Customer Service. The customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our B2C and B2B customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Phone, email, and live chat interactions with customers
  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests as well as proactive customer outreach
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Partners with multiple departments to meet and exceed customer service expectations
  • Informs customers of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer
  • Responsible for daily reports to follow-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates
  • Communicates order information and requests to accounting and production departments
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

· High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

· Previous Customer Service Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
