Responsibilities:
- Perform professional housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens, scrubbing showers and toilets, detail cleaning kitchens and appliances, cleaning windows, tracks, sills, and blinds, etc.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience (Excellent customer service skills are a MUST!)
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately
- Follow strictly established procedures and checklists for cleaning and sanitizing to maintain a consistently clean and safe environment
- Monitor inventory levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents by addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Assist with marketing efforts by handing out marketing materials, asking for referrals, and reaching out to local businesses and homeowners as needed (Commissions available)
Skills:
- Previous experience in housekeeping is not required, however a friendly, outgoing attitude and strong work ethic is!
- Ability to perform all commercial and residential cleaning tasks quickly without compromising quality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients/co-workers in a friendly and professional manner
Requirements:
- Must have a clean background and pass a drug test
- Possess reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) and be willing to travel between jobs, mostly between Albany, Corvallis, and Harrisburg, occasionally in Lebanon and surrounding areas
- Possess an exceptional desire to go above and beyond for our clients
Nice To Have:
- Availability to fill an evening shift 2x/week for our commercial clients
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay -Newly hired housekeepers start at $19/hr tips and are eligible for raises according to the following schedule: 90 days: $19.50/hr; 6 months: $20/hr; 1 year: $21/hr
- Bonuses -We believe in rewarding our hardworking employees! Each 5 star review that mentions you by name earns you a bonus (This can really add up quick!). Additionally we offer yearly retention bonuses/raises. The longer you're with us, the more you earn!
- Commissions -All employees are eligible to receive commissions for bringing in new clients!
- PTO - Paid time off accrues at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Employees begin accruing time immediately and are eligible to begin using PTO 6 months from date of hire.
- Employee Referral Program - Earn a referral fee when you refer an employee who is hired and stays at least 12 months!
- Retirement - 3% employer match to a SIMPLE IRA plan
