WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Inspect and assist to manage renovation projects on water
storage tanks to ensure and report on the quality & safety of the crews. This includes various types of annual tank
assessments. Similarly for all other
lines of Business when needed or requested. Coordination and project
management assistance Traveling and driving long
distances
Inspector is responsible
to schedule work week to cover all on-going jobs in his/her territory
Complete inspection
reports and daily logs
Perform safety audits
Inform customers of job
status
Work with crews and
service centers to ensure that jobs are completed to meet the company and
customer’s expectations
Be able to travel and
available to stay on road three or four nights per week and some weekends
if needed
Enter reports and update
job status in the computer system
Downloading of any
photographs into computer system
Perform Various types of
Inspections and Condition Assessments
Travel at least 90% of the
time.
Climb structures of
heights up to or beyond 200ft in height.
Able to carry 60 lbs of equipment while climbing.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Depth of knowledge in the construction, preservation and repair of concrete and steel structures to include drafting and or reviewing repair requirements, specifications, and procedures. Minimum HS Diploma or GED
Good communications skill both verbal and written
Good people interaction skills
Good planning and organizations skills
Must be self-motivating and directed
Good computer skills with use of Microsoft Office Professional
Minimum of NACE Level - 1 certification preferred
3 years of experience, with one or more years of experience in water tank painting, blasting, and repair
OSHA safety training
minimum 30 hour course
First Aid and CPR
certification
