What are the responsibilities and job description for the Toddler Assistant Teacher (18 mo.- 3 yrs.) position at Sugar Mill Montessori School?
We are seeking friendly, caring, creative, energetic individuals interested in sharing their love of learning with children, ages 3 months to 6 years. Assistant Teachers support the Montessori Lead Teacher in the daily management and supervision of the classroom and children.
Assistant Teachers:
- Help plan and implement enriching, age-appropriate afternoon activities
- Follow lesson plans and schedule for classroom, outdoor time, lunch, snacks and special activities
- Maintain a healthy safe learning environment for students
Available Positions:
- Toddlers (18 months-3 years) 11:00am-6:00pm
