Bartender - Restaurant

Beecher’s at Paine Field is looking for a part-time Bartender to join our team! The starting hourly rate is $16.50, plus expected average tips of $9-$11 per hour ($25.50-$27.50 average total per hour). Must be able to maintain grace under pressure while handling our busy rushes.•    Must obtain Washington State Food Handler’s Card and MAST permit •    Must have weekend availability Responsibilities:•    Ensures that the highest quality food and service experience is consistently provided to our guests•    Pro-active in solving guest concerns and satisfying guests in various situations•    Maintains a clean, organized, and stocked environment•    Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld.
