Intermediate Architectural Designer

We are looking for a critical thinking and motivated architectural/ interior designer to join our small team. We are a boutique, architecture & interiors design firm that specializes in high-end private residential, retail and hospitality projects. Candidates should possess strong CAD and presentation skills as well as be able to demonstrate a knowledge of and enthusiasm for the design process.

Responsibilities

Reporting directly to a principal, you will be working on design packages at various stages of development. Required skills and responsibilities include:

· Must have a M.Arch or B.Arch/ B. in interior design from an accredited school with three to five years of in-office working experience

· Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and passionate about design with excellent communication & organizational skills

· Must be possess strong Revit and AutoCAD skills and a working knowledge of Adobe programs including Photoshop and Indesign as well as Word, Excel, etc..

· Must be experienced at interpreting mood boards and pictorial presentations and be able to translate these to workable building concepts

· Strong understanding of space planning, phases of design and design documentation

· Continuously create and manage Sugarhouse back of house and FF&E Revit library as required

· Able to assist in-house project management team during CA phases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
