Sugartown Worldwide LLC Job Type: Regular Boston, MA - Newbury, Lilly Pulitzer Store Massachusetts Job Description The Assistant Store Manager’s primary responsibility is to achieve the Budgeted Net Sales for their respective store, provide an exceptional customer experience and embrace the brand positioning and lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager. All management should uphold the Company Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities. This is achieved through the following: Train and Develop an A team Deliver an exceptional customer experience Protect the assets of the store Demonstrate high level of communication skills with Store Manager, Peers and store team Take control of the day to day operations in the absence of the Store Manager Commitment of company core values and leadership qualities Building of brand equity in respective market Create a strong store culture consistent with the brand resulting in a positive and motivating atmosphere Strong organizational and operational competencies Knowledge and understanding of all Division of Responsibilities Delivering Results Achieve or exceed Budgeted Net Sales Payroll management Drive business through utilization of KPI’s fostering team selling culture Apply strategic and critical thinking Build brand equity Support of store specific strategies Customer Experience and Store Culture Educate and reinforce the Lilly’s Resort Chic lifestyle Build and cultivate effective relationships with the customer. Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods. Adhere to the Company Retail Holiday time off policy.
