Asphalt paving sales position

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.

Must be a proven closer

Experience in asphalt installation/sales

Honest and reliable

Generate own leads as well as run leads provided by the company

Not afraid to door knock in targeted areas we are working

Honesty is everything in this business if able to close asphalt and seal coat deals willing to train other aspects of home improvement sales for the offseason

Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales goals
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities

Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales or technology sales is preferred
- Strong account management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively market and sell products or services
- Strong negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
