Join our Services_AME team within Services division in United States as Production Manager to help us take our business to the next level.
In this role you will be accountable for:
- Master Scheduling for West Virginia operations
- Scheduling
- Capacity Planning, level loading
- Budget preparation, generation of direct labor hours
- SAP, ERP system coordination
- Planning
- Inventory Management/cycle counting
- Process Improvement
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Management of the Warehouse and Materials
- Supports, cooperates with, and participates in company-wide LEAN and EHS Management System which includes following all safety, health and environmental policies and procedures. Supports and cooperates in company-wide Quality Management effort.
- Performs other miscellaneous assignments and research projects as assigned
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent and 7 years experience in closely related environment.
- Experience in pumps or related manufacturing operations.
- Solid experience in production control systems, preferably SAP. Microsoft Access, Microsoft Office products, and Microsoft Project experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated management and leadership qualities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with internal and external customers.
- Must possess a passion for planning, execution, continuous improvement and the challenge of leadership.
- Onsite work is an essential function of the job.
