What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly JIT (2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm)) position at Sumitomo Electric Group?
| REQUIREMENTS: | |||||||||
| Must have a valid drivers license. Must have fork lift and stand up lift certification, frequent lifting of 15-35 lbs, | |||||||||
| occasional lifting up to 60 lbs., regularly required to stand, bend, reach, lift and stack boxes as high as 66 inches, | |||||||||
| work at heights up to 18 feet, capable of operating pallet jack. | |||||||||
| Must be able to perform essential functions of S/R operator. | |||||||||
| Required to assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, stocking and picking of parts- customer orders and | |||||||||
| kanbans. | |||||||||
| Stocking, transferring, picking, wrapping and other tasks involved with shipping receiving process. | |||||||||
| Check product labels, packing lists and receipts for correctness and damage. Record deliveries as | |||||||||
| stated in WI's for receipts and follow abnormal procedure when required. | |||||||||
| Check paperwork and product conditions on inbound shipments when needed and follow rules if any errors or | |||||||||
| damage found. | |||||||||
| Monitor product flow in and out of shipping to ensure safety and all S&R work instruction rules are followed. | |||||||||
| Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations. | |||||||||
| Will be required to perform other duties or tasks as requested, directed or assigned by Management. |
