Planner I - Logistics Planning Department

• Follow supervisor lead to process vendor invoices, meet weekly and monthly accounting dates
• Invoice collection/receipt and file/data management
• Invoice upload into invoice tracking system, assignment of proper GL code
• Invoice auditing, error correction, problem solving
• Internal/external communication as needed for problem solving
• End-of-month review and accounting close, reporting
• Improvement activity team membership
• Other duties related to invoice processing as determined by supervisor and management

• Associates Degree or HS Degree or Technical Certificate
• 1-3 years in billing/invoice processing experience in a logistics-related setting
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills, including root-cause analysis, summarizing, and reporting
• Microsoft Office Suite with a heavy focus on Excel and Outlook
• Professional demeanor, patience, willingness to thrive in a diverse, multi-cultural organization
