Hydraulic Assembler
· Assemble and install hydraulic components such as hoses, fittings, pumps, valves, and cylinders following engineering drawings and specifications.
· Conduct functional tests and inspections to ensure the proper operation of hydraulic systems.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system malfunctions, making necessary repairs or replacements.
· Perform routine maintenance on hydraulic systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
· Follow safety protocols and industry-specific standards to maintain a safe working environment.
· Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and team members to optimize hydraulic system performance.
Experience:
- Previous experience in assembly or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
