Summit Building Services is looking for an experienced supervisor to grow with our team. You'd be working in east Cleveland/Mentor/Chardon/Euclid 35-40 hours a week after 5pm Sunday through Thursday. Starting pay rate is $17.50 per hour and includes PTO and mileage reimbursement.
You must have reliable transportation to get to and from work, a valid drivers license, and be able to pass drug tests and background checks.

- Work with employees to handle all client requests or complaints promptly
- Supervise, train, motivate and develop team members
- Work with HR to ensure all jobs are properly staffed and trained
- Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
- Disciplinary action and/ or termination of employees when necessary
- Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure that specifications are being met
- Correct deficiencies in buildings whenever necessary
- Complete work tickets
- Send reports to Area Manager
- Recommendation of special project work when needed
- Complete ongoing education to gain competency in their position
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities by the company’s policies and applicable laws.
