This position requires working in our Sacramento Corporate Office on a regular basis, work from home opportunities may be available.
Starting pay rate ranges between $32 - $48 / hour DOE and offers potential for overtime.

What We Have Available:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for the smooth and timely facilitation of the workflow of the CEO. This position is responsible for the coordination of the Executive’s office functions, scheduling, travel arrangements as needed, and varying special projects. The efficient coordination of detailed reports pertaining to the Executive will also be managed by this person.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Accurately manage the calendar and communication of the Executive including the scheduling and tracking of meetings, appointments, phone conferences, travel arrangements, and other commitments as needed.
- Accurately manage the office functions of the Executive by answering calls, organizing files and paperwork, assisting as able, taking meeting notes as needed, and providing other support.
- Facilitate the efficiency and effectiveness of the Executive.
- Accurately collect, research, and report data.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Answer team member questions and provide support as needed.
- Provide professional and courteous service to customers and team members.
- Embody and spread a positive and supportive culture throughout the company.
- Work cooperatively with management to effectively communicate and implement performance standards and objectives.
- Complete required forms and paperwork.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Draft, review, and/or distribute written correspondence.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistant team members to exchange ideas, share best practices, and contribute to special assignments and activities.
- Complete special projects and other duties related to supporting the assigned Executive.
- Personal Assistant Duties as needed.
What We Need From You:
- Minimum of five (5) years of current experience in an Executive Assistant Support role to a C Suite Executive, preferable with a mid to large size, national, sales-focused company.
- Mortgage experience a plus.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Stable work history
- Commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability at maintaining confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and work with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
