What are the responsibilities and job description for the Occupational Therapist position at Summit Home Care?
Summit Home Health Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in home-based or group home settings. Summit’s growing DDD department has immediate per diem shifts available in Monmouth and Ocean Counties for OTs, as well as SLPs and PTs.
Job Requirements

Licensed or eligible for New Jersey state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

Provide a comprehensive treatment plan including goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.

Professionalism, trustworthiness, accuracy, and dependability are essential

Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care
