Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting and Retention Manager to join our team. This role is suited for someone who has excellent relationship building and communication skills. The right candidate for the role is someone who sees potential in others and can effectively help create paths for success. This person should also enjoy highlighting and celebrating others as this is key to creating a worth while working environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Staffing
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring
- Manage hiring platforms, online applications, and other job posting mediums
- Maintain relationships with community partners and build new relationships/partnerships - Communicate regularly with division managers for hiring needs
Retention
- Assist with KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking, personal development, and skills training
- Build relationships with Team and create a system of support
- Maintain current retention efforts and develop new retention programs
Culture Building
- Assist with planning of annual company events: Summer Bash, Christmas Party, Spring Kickoff
- Organize and plan regularly occurring company events: Weenie Wednesday, Anniversary Celebrations
- Plan and organize Team building opportunities: personnel trainings, celebrate wins, Team appreciation
Qualifications:
- Management, administrative and organization skills
- Understands the importance of relationship building and is a good judge of character
- Confident communicator; does not shy away from difficult conversations
- Willingness to lead through action
- Solution finder both with people and problems
- Proficient with multiple forms of technology and technological tools/platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
