SUMMARY
Kilgore, a Summit Materials company is looking for a Leadman/ Leadperson to support our Aggregates division. This position is response for providing leadership and direction to multiple hourly teammates engaged in safe, daily plant operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and direct operations in coordination with the Plant Manager and Operations coordinator.
- Review daily equipment inspection reports and respond accordingly.
- Monitor all plant personnel to make sure all training, safety, production and staffing needs are being met.
- Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately
- Responsible for maintaining quality of all products
- Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established
- Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver s license is required.
- MSHA certification preferred
- 1-2 years previous quarry/mining experience preferred
- Experience leading a team
- Plant/Preventative maintenance safety preferred
