COMPENSATION : - $19-$23
Position Summary :
Seeking dedicated people with the desire to learn and build a career while exceeding the highest quality and safety standards.
Plant laborers will ensure safe, efficient, and proper navigation of kiln operations and assist in the maintenance of the plant.
Essential Functions :
- Clean equipment and facilities.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
- Check equipment oils and fluids.
- Assist with the ready-mix operations.
- Assist with dismantling of equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area.
- Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures while performing duties.
- Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications :
High school education or GED equivalent.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in outside weather conditions and is regularly exposed to airborne particles.
The employee works alongside live traffic conditions and moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
