OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support company operations by maintaining office operations and supervising staff.
· Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, answering phones, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing, supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring order scheduling.
· Implement office and facility policies assigned by the Director or the Director of Compliance/HR Manager
· Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
· Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
· Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate supervisor or director.
· Tracking budget expenses
· Respond to customer inquiries related to products and deliveries.
· Supervise the order pad and prioritize deliveries for the daily schedule.
· Maintain and update state sample logs, delivery tickets and other important documentation.
· Use computer program to input orders and manage inventory.
· Monitor order and delivery systems.
· Maintaining Visitor Logs
· May run other errands as deemed appropriate by director.
· Assist in maintaining administrative records.
· Support safety in the workplace
· Run Safety Training as prepared by others
· Work with plant team in a collaborative and communicative manner.
· Makes sure customers and drivers have access to safety data sheets (SDS) and other necessary information for shipping and receiving.
· Make sure incident reporting is done in a timely manner and all incidents are memorialized via correct and timely reporting.
· Work with independent contractors as needed.
· Work with IT to problem solve any technical issues.
· Assist and Director in any manner deemed appropriate by the director.
This is an hourly position working from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm CST, with the expectation of additional afternoon hours depending on seasonality and order volume. The employee will be stationed at the manufacturing facility located in Foley, AL. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
