Content Producer (Real Estate)

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in photography and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficient time management skills in a fast-paced industry.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and work independently.
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to strategize and execute impactful video and photo content.
• Capture compelling photography and produce engaging videos to showcase real estate listings, including property tours and community highlights (may involve occasional travel).
• Develop and edit short and long-form videos tailored to social media and marketing campaigns.
• Document team events
• Produce interview-style videos featuring agents, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes glimpses for social media platforms.
