Job Summary
Summit is growing rapidly and needs a qualified dispatcher/customer service representative to effectively dispatch technicians, and communicate with existing and new customers. We believe this candidate should acquire a strong customer relationship mentality, be enthusiastic when answering the phone, self-starter, be organized, and be able to multi-task throughout the day.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Able to be a self-starter and effectively communicate to customers
- Outbound and inbound calling
- Setting up job permits
- Warranty claims/registering warranties on new installations
- Keeping maintenance customer list organized and scheduled

Dispatching technicians to appropriate job sites
Qualifications and Skills
- Having previous dispatching experience in the service industry is a plus
- High School or beyond
- Great organizational skills
- Computer skills
- A great positive attitude every day
