SUMMARY:
Responsible for the validation and distribution of company escrow payments. In addition, will
coordinate incoming and outgoing checks for the disbursement/funding department.
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prepare all outgoing escrow checks sent from the company.
Confirm payee name and address matches funding documents.
Confirm all checks have a valid signature prior to distribution.
Create Fedex labels or address envelopes with the appropriate recipient address.
Prepare and update a daily log of all sent checks for tracking purposes.
Maintain FedEx and UPS shipping supplies.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
