This position functions in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of insurance and healthcare benefits enrollment and wellness programs.

Excellent customer communications skills are required as the liaison between the client and our team to facilitate and track the progress of the implementation of projects. The daily collection of materials, collaboration for incorporating changes requested by the customer will be required. Organization, detail-oriented and on-time project completion dates are keys for success!


Qualifications:

A self-motivated, self-starter with great attention to detail and who enjoys the challenges of learning new skills in a fast-growing, hi-tech company.

• Microsoft Office/Suite competency required
• Bachelor's degree or related work experience is required.
• Must be able to effectively manage and complete multiple issues simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
• Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to complete projects as scheduled.
• Excellent problem-solving, strong analytical skills, and a thorough knowledge of plan designs
• Experience with HRIS and benefits database systems is preferable.
• 1 years of experience with HR benefits experience is preferable.
• 1 years of experience working in the US healthcare or insurance industry is preferable.
• Professional IT experience is a plus but not required.
• Travel to client meetings, offices headquarters and branch offices may be needed on occasion.


Primary Responsibilities:


• Manage client account portfolio or support in a larger team environment to drive client satisfaction and deliver and drive projects to successful completion.

• Ensure client needs are being met and understood by each department in the company, including
handling client interactions, working to find solutions, and coordinating with other internal divisions to ensure clients have the best experience.
• Provide consultation for program and solution enhancements, inform clients of the availability of new services, and seek new business opportunities.
• Connect with key business executives and stakeholders to provide effective communications and identify new business opportunities for growth.
• Facilitate meetings, communicate with all interested parties, and mitigate risks daily.
• Identify and solicit information from multiple stakeholders.
• Document, organize, maintain, and perform the work for assigned projects.
• Able to communicate issues, gaps, and questions related to the project requirements and questions to the internal team.
• Test and validate deliverables to ensure that requirements meet specifications.
• Present demonstrations and train customers in person or online.
• Handle administrative and organizational tasks, priorities, and resourcing for the project team to keep the project on track.
