What You’ll Do:
SummitStone Health Partners has an exciting opportunity for a Housing Program Supervisor in our Homeless and Housing Programs. The Housing Services Team members are an integral part of SummitStone and our Northern Colorado community, working closely with a myriad of other organizations to provide essential supportive services to ensure people experience success in subsidized housing. We provide community based services to people facing housing insecurities. This is a new position to oversee all of our housing related programs, which includes staff located in partners' and our own permanent supportive housing, managing vouchers and providing case management with the goal to keep people in housing. Staff include clinicians, case managers, and peers. This position will be assisting the Homeless and Housing Manager to continue developing and maintaining relationships with our housing partners. They will also be clinically supervising team members. Our team-based model of care provides a safe, inclusive, and healing environment that builds on the capacity for resiliency and recovery in the children, adults, and families we serve. A strong understanding of substance use disorders and serious mental health issues is essential. Strong candidates will also have an interest or experience with the criminal justice system, programming, and collaboration.

The typical hiring range for this position is $76,656 - $91,874/year based on relevant years of experience.
