Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to patients according to physician orders
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals, and provide appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide patient education and counseling on health-related issues
• Assist in the coordination of patient care, including scheduling appointments, arranging for referrals, and ordering necessary supplies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Follow all nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality care
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional development and competency

Qualifications:

• Current and valid LVN license in the state of [State Name]
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited vocational nursing program
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to nursing practice
