Director of Maintenance, Maintenance Director, Director Maintenance

The Senior Director of Maintenance is pivotal in driving operational excellence across all plant locations, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. This role encompasses leading capital projects, enhancing equipment reliability, and fostering a zero-injury workplace through innovative maintenance strategies.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

At least 5 years of leadership experience in maintenance or a related field, with demonstrated problem-solving skills in complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn additional software.

In-depth understanding of the company's products, goals, and operational processes.

Expertise in maintenance planning and tracking systems, with experience in Oracle Maximo considered a plus.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment, lead teams effectively, and drive long-term solutions using continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
