Sun Glass, LLC is a small business based in Farmington, NM with multiple branches in NW New Mexico & SW Colorado. Our goal is to care about people and their projects in the 4 Corners region. We have been blessed to serve the region since 1952..

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Pagosa Springs Branch - Residential & Commercial Glass, New Construction Windows and Doors, and Replacement Windows and Doors.
- Coordinate and schedule project timelines, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
- Supervise a team of installer, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with home owners and general contractor to ensure project satisfaction.
- Manage profit & loss of local branch.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Glass and Window industry, with a focus on residential construction.

- Strong knowledge of the residential glass industry and residential windows & doors.
- Strong knowledge of frame carpentry, trim carpentry, windows & door installation.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools for various construction tasks to assist team as needed.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, general contractors, and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Management: 3 years (Required)

• Glazing: 3 years (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Pagosa Springs, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
