Description
The Customer Service Deductions Analyst is a detail oriented individual responsible for resolving discrepancies reported by accounts. They will collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure adherence to departmental procedures. This role involves managing complex deduction issues, analyzing data, and offering recommendations to minimize Sun-Maid's exposure. The ideal candidate for this non-supervisory position would possess CPG account knowledge, analytical and technical acumen, as well as excellent communication and organa tonal skills.
Essential Job Duties:

· Validate & reconcile deduction claims.
· Identify and analyze problem accounts and types of claims, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reduce future deductions.
· Analyze open repayment requests and work with relevant parties to facilitate resolution.
· Review customer policies, vendor guides, contracts, and other relevant documentation to validate claims processes.
· Utilize customer internet portals, internal trade systems, QAD, and e-File to validate and document claims.
· Acquire understanding of cash application processes to troubleshoot deduction creation issues.
· Process credits and or debits, as needed.
