Responsibilities
· Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing strategies
· Build and maintain potential candidate pool and working employees in assignments while coordinating retention efforts and extension of assignments.
· Manage the hiring process through sourcing and interviewing candidates, offering and negotiating positions, credentialing, and onboarding new hires.
· Ensure compliance of all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection
· Track recruitment and marketing results through various reports.
· Provide positive, friendly customer service to Hiring Managers and other team members
· Utilizes outside agencies, striving to decrease their usage
· Performs all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience preferred
• Must minimally possess a High School diploma
• Clear Background check
