SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Program Assistant for Patient and Community Relations is responsible for various programs, outreach data tasks, maintains and supports the office of the Executive Vice President. Renders support services for the benefit of the clients of the Preservation Company when necessary.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
o Keeps event calendar for board reports.
o Supports special projects through meeting coordination, follow-up and outreach.
o Provides coordination of the work flow within the department.
o Keeps appointment schedule and sorts mail of Executive Vice President.
o Assists in maintaining administrative files; performs general office work.
o Creates promotional materials for program activities.
o Prepares reports for various projects when needed.
o Maintains and produces data entry relating to various programs (i.e., Preservation Co.)
o Performs other duties as deemed appropriate.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School Diploma/GED with 1-2 years relevant experience
Hourly Rate: $17.25-$19.00/hourly
