What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Sun River Health?

Sun River Health is a Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Center serving communities in Suffolk, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster, Sullivan, Columbia and Westchester County. Sun River Health is currently seeking a full-time Project Manager at our Peekskill office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Project Manager:
- Support clinical operations in development of improvement projects to achieve organizational KPI
- Participate in systemwide and regional meetings to support project management & communication
- Develop project plans and facilitate ongoing accountability to project plans
- Write and produce minutes for key project planning minutes
- Support operational leadership on new initiatives
Minimum Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Related Work Experience: 5-8 years
