Administer the payroll processes and procedures for the organization supporting all divisions of the agency. Provides consultation and assures compliance of procedures with regards to employment regulations and payroll. Assist the program teams and supervisors to facilitate regular and timely payroll to employees. Process cash receipts and accounts payables. Grade 4 is based on scope of work, number of staff and sites to monitor Grade 4 based on scope of work, number of staff and sites to monitor.
Minimum Qualifications:
A two-year college degree in Business or Human Resources or a related field plus 2 years of management level experience, or an approved combination of education and experience. Knowledge and understanding of processing payroll through ADP is a must.
