KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support team throughout execution of creative design project.
- Develop and present design solutions following creative directions, brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions.
- Maintain and prioritize multiple projects to meet established deadlines.
- Prepare creative ideas and fresh approaches to each project.
- Participate in the group critiques of creative design layout.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related major
- 3 years of relevant design experience
- Advanced design skills in packaging, brand identity, typography and editorial design
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and related graphic design software
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated to perform multiple tasks with supervision and direction
- Excellent ability to convey ideas and solutions both verbally and visually
- Knowledge of print production
- Ability to work in team environment and follow company procedures
