Sun Time Watersports in Galveston, TX is looking for 2 - 3 independent booth reservationists to join our 5 person strong team. We are located on 2100 Harborside Drive. Our ideal candidate is attentive, self driven, friendly, and has a positive energy.

Summary

  • Take reservations over phone, via the internet and in person as well as checking in and collecting payment from confirmed reservations at the booth.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain and develop daily thrill ride schedule and computerized database.

2. Plan weekly ride schedules per advanced phone and online reservations.

3. Respond to and follow up all enquiries in the appropriate manner.

4. Check and collect payment from confirmed reservations.

5. Ensure all liability waivers are signed and boarding passes issued.

6. Promote sales of T-shirts and photo packages.

7. Maintain and report on equipment and software involved with reservations.

8. Attend training and all Sun Time Watersports, LLC meetings.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
