JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Project Manager (Construction PM)
Sunbelt’s Project Manager (Live Events) is empowered to make it happen for our customers.
Project Manager, Live Events will oversee Live Sporting Events, Concerts & Festivals. The Project Manager, Live Events will serve as the face of Sunbelt during load in, show days, and load out. The core duties of the Project Manager, Live Events will be to safely coordinate the load in process, maintain Sunbelt equipment during the build and show days, and manage the load out process until all Sunbelt equipment has left site. Project Manager ensures the events/projects are completed in time and within the scope agreed.
Education or experience that prepares you for success:
- Trade school or college degree (bachelor or associates) preferred
- Project Management experience required
- Ability to travel as role is 100% travel based, as each event/project will require travel
- Equipment certifications for: AWP – Aerial Work Platform, Forklift and Basic Diesel engine repair
- Extensive experience and comfort in the repair and maintenance of typical rental construction equipment: self-propelled platforms, forklifts, light towers, manlifts, and utility vehicles.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:
- Maintenance and repair issues in the industry
- Mechanic’s tools and equipment to diagnose and trouble shoot complex equipment problems
- Equipment capabilities and safety requirements
- Wynne Equipment Management
