Sunbelt Rentals the fastest growing rental business in North America is seeking a Yard Worker.
The Yard Associate is responsible for the proper handling, inspection and control of the rental fleet. The Yard Associate reports directly to the Scaffold Yard Foreman / Manager and in his / her absent, to the Operations Manager.
Education or experience that prepares you for success :
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience and / or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities you may rely on
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral)
- Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
- General mechanical aptitude
- safety-focus
- Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs
The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors / outdoors when required by the job.

Pay Range-21.10-23.10
The hourly wage depends on the agreed rate under the terms of the collective bargaining agreement for this location.
