Assist the Continuous Improvement Engineers with various tasks and projects.
Work with Production Techs to find “Pain Points” and reduce or eliminate them.
Document process steps and procedures with standard work.
Create Value Stream Maps using Visio.
Create “Spaghetti” diagrams of product throughout the production process.
Process capacity analysis.
Evaluate “Current State” and eliminate wastes to create a “Future State” with increased throughputs.
Minor design work for fixtures, workstations, and production tools.
Collect data, analyze processes, procedures, and performance (equipment or people).
Utilize CI tools (i.e., Root Cause Analysis, Value-Stream Mapping, leading Kaizen Events, Gemba Walks, etc.) and make recommendation(s) based upon analysis to further business goals.
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives across facility operations to maximize the effectiveness of resources, processes, and technology to drive sustainable results.
