Due to our exponential growth, we are looking to add a new Business Coordinator to our growing Healthcare and Education teams in our offices in Tampa and Oldsmar! Essential Functions:
- Collaborating daily as part of our diverse team
- Assisting top sales account executives/managers
- Executing sales, marketing, and account management responsibilities
- Job posting/social media projects
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Qualifying candidates
- Connecting personnel for job opportunities
- Distributing internal and external written communications
- Troubleshooting HR related matters
- Coordinate employee relations activities
- Improving or implementing processes and training
- Reporting progress and activity the team on a weekly/monthly basis
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree preferred - New grads welcome to apply!
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

- Ability to build meaningful relationships
