Position Summary: As a Contract Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive care to patients at the premier nursing home in Ambler, PA. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, managing patients through acute medical situations and exacerbations of chronic conditions, performing testing and diagnostics, implementing interventions, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation, including ICD10 coding.

Job Details:

• Duration: 13-Week Contract (Possibility of Extension)
• Employment Type: Full-Time/40 Hours
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Location: Ambler, PA

Requirements:

• Active RN and NP License in the state of PA
• Licensure must be unencumbered and free of any open/unresolved disciplinary actions
• Active ANCC or AANP National certification in Family, Geriatrics, Adult, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care, or Adult-Gerontology Acute Care
• Reliable transportation for travel within Ambler, PA
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
