Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and coordinate interventions
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff regarding strategies to enhance students' functional abilities in the classroom environment
Job Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia OT License
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including IDEA and IEP processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
