Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psycho-educational assessments to identify students' unique strengths and areas of need.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with diverse learning requirements.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and provide counseling services to support students' social-emotional growth.
- Offer crisis intervention and guidance during challenging situations.
- Champion diversity, inclusivity, and equity to cultivate a positive and respectful school environment.

Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field.
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist in Wisconsin.
- Familiarity with special education regulations and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, including experience with standardized assessments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
