Qualifications
- IL Special Education License
- IL Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1) Endorsement
- Previous experience working with Special Education students
- Must be able to commute near Wheeling, IL
Caseload:
- Kindergarten through 5th grade
- Mild to Moderate disabilities
- Full time – 35 hours
Responsibilities
- Provide special education support in the areas of language arts, math, and behavior support.
- Developing and updating IEPs and lesson plans
- Collaborate with general education teachers
- Supervise Teaching Assistants
- Provide home/school communication
