Home Health LPNs with at least one year of recent home health experience are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and detailed documentation within a 24-48-hour turnaround time using HomeCare HomeBase and Oasis.
- Utilize your experience with Medicaid/Medicare to provide exceptional care.
- Case management skills are a must for this role.
Education:
- Missouri Licensed Practical Nurse License
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
Employment Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time, Contract/Travel
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday: 8a-5p, 40 hours per week
- 13 week assignment with possible extension
