Summary
Manager, Revenue Analytics role is to provide analyses, reporting, and tools for commercial support. This role will play a vital part in developing pricing strategies and market intelligence to help the business use data to help the company make better operational and financial decisions. Critical to success in the role is the ability to proactively anticipate customers’ needs, work autonomously on analysis, and then work
collaboratively with the sales team and other capabilities to execute. With direct exposure to senior-level leadership, this role provides an excellent opportunity for future development and long-term advancement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and evaluate data in order to assist sales in the development,
measurement and execution of:
- Short-term Commercial & Pricing Strategies
- Make Recommendations on Fleet allocation
- Market Intelligence on current market pricing and positioning
- Execution and Future Enhancements of Pricing Models
- Drive transformation & adoption of new tools within the commercial organization
- Ownership and presentation of KPI’s that provide actionable insights across multiple time horizons
- Serve as a challenge partner for commercial sales team using the Decision-Making Framework (DMF)
- Manage Customer Financial Return Metrics and KPIs
- Seek and share knowledge, identify opportunities for improvements, challenge the status quo, propose solutions
- Advance the Market-Based Management® (MBM®) culture by applying and reinforcing the company’s Guiding Principle
Required Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field of study.
- Finance, accounting, analytical, sales and/or data science experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Transformation oriented; you proactively identify opportunities and develop practical alternatives that enable us to create the greatest value.
- Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365; with an Intermediate or higher Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, charts, heatmaps, pivot tables, lookups, formula creation).
- 4-6 years of business experience from consulting, investment banking, FP&A or Financial Analysis or similar occupation.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in Pricing Management & Analytics
- Advanced Skills in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in strategy or consulting type roles
- Data visualization experience, Power BI experience preferred
Working Conditions
- Works between an office and plant environment with Exposure to varying degrees of temperatures and noise.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time including overnight stays
- The position location will be in the CTOS corporate office during regular business hours.
- Occasional overtime may be required to complete tasks or meet with leadership staff.
- The ability to type or operate common office equipment up to 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week

- Attendance - The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance, Monday-Friday plus any additional hours/days necessary to meet business demands.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
