RN Job Details:

- "Student R is an energetic young man who tries very hard at school. He is vocal and can answer simple questions. However, he laughs easily without provocation, and due to his reflux and other GI issues, this triggers vomiting episodes. These can range from mild to severe and last a few minutes to an hour, despite multiple attempts to distract him. He then requires full care to get changed and cleaned up, necessitating 2-3 IAs to assist, depending upon how easily he calms down. He receives his nutrition and hydration throughout the school day, either orally or via GT bolus, with extra water given as needed, depending upon his vomiting status."
