- AR/AP
- Bank Reporting
- Quarterly Reporting
- Payroll Reporting
- Customer Service
- Vendor Oversight
- Bank & Credit Card Reconciliation
- Additional as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Proven money management skills
- Accurate Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable practices
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and practices
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
