What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at SunBlest Gardens?

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide front desk reception coverage including handling phone calls, routing them to appropriate staff, taking and distributing messages, and receiving/greeting all visitors in a professional and warm manner
  • Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
  • Assist in General Office administration (i.e., office supply ordering, form and documents inventory, filing, cleaning of office)
  • Manage and process client and vendor invoices daily
  • Manage and file all facility and job related invoices
  • Collect and submit monthly expense reports for management team
  • Maintain and update client/employee spreadsheet
  • Maintain all Certifications and Insurances
  • Record keeping, organizing and filing all job related materials
  • Walk with customers
  • Maintain a clean office.
  • Assist with spreadsheet updates.
  • Call on customers for deliveries.
  • Route truck drivers to deliveries.
  • Assist in day to day needs of owner or office manager.

Pay: $14.33 - $16.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
