What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at SunBlest Gardens?
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk reception coverage including handling phone calls, routing them to appropriate staff, taking and distributing messages, and receiving/greeting all visitors in a professional and warm manner
- Collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items
- Assist in General Office administration (i.e., office supply ordering, form and documents inventory, filing, cleaning of office)
- Manage and process client and vendor invoices daily
- Manage and file all facility and job related invoices
- Collect and submit monthly expense reports for management team
- Maintain and update client/employee spreadsheet
- Maintain all Certifications and Insurances
- Record keeping, organizing and filing all job related materials
- Walk with customers
- Maintain a clean office.
- Assist with spreadsheet updates.
- Call on customers for deliveries.
- Route truck drivers to deliveries.
- Assist in day to day needs of owner or office manager.
