Sunchase Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader who is excited by the prospect to play a pivotal role in the growth of an ambitious company. The Director of Operations will be responsible for integrating the vision and running the daily operations of the company and will report directly to the President. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills and be extremely driven to succeed.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop team across all operations of the company
Works with the President to establish and implement the business plan and goals for the company’s growth and profitability
Promotes and builds a positive company culture each and every day
Primary and exclusive day-to-day operating authority; identifies, develops, and implements scalable and repeatable operational processes
Develop strong relationships with employees, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and in a senior-level role
Excellent leadership and communication skills
The ability to motivate a group of people to accomplish a common goal
Knowledge of fiscal management
Skill in planning, organizing, and supervising
Strong understanding of construction operations, including project management, budgeting, and safety protocols
The ability to adapt and improvise
